# Manage your team

> Change roles, remove people and handle waiting invites to keep the right people in your foundable.

Change what someone can do, remove someone, or resend or cancel an invite that’s still waiting.

Ted can do this for you: ask him to change someone’s role, cancel an invite or remove someone.

Only the owner can change roles. Admins can remove members and view-only teammates, and resend or cancel their invites. For an admin, only the owner can.

**1. Open Team**

Go to **Settings** › **Team**. Ted leads the list as your AI employee, who runs the foundable with you. Use **Search people** to find someone.

**2. Pick the new role**

Choose it in the person’s **Role** list. Team confirms the change.

Making someone view-only asks first. They still see the foundable, with **View only** after its name, but can’t change anything or ask Ted for work. Their phone stops texting Ted, and invite links for members and admins stop working, so they can’t rejoin with more. Press **Make view-only** to go ahead.

## Remove someone or handle an invite

Press **…** at the end of a row:

* **Remove from foundable…**: they lose access at once. Foundable deletes their own chats, texts and files there, but keeps the work they saved. Any invite links stop working too, so they can’t rejoin with one.
* **Resend invite**: sends the invite again, in place of the one that was waiting. Inviting the same address again does the same.
* **Cancel invite…**: stops the invite.
* **Leave foundable…**: on your own row, to leave someone else’s foundable. See [Invite your team](/account/team#leave-a-foundable).

Team asks before it removes someone or cancels an invite. A waiting invite shows the time it has left, or that it expired.

## Check that it worked

A note confirms each change. The person then shows with their new role, or leaves the list.

## If something goes wrong

> **“This foundable has sent too many invitations for now. Try again later.”**
>
> You sent a lot of invitations in a short time. Wait a while, then try again.

> **“That person or invitation isn’t here anymore.”**
>
> It changed since Team last showed it. Team now shows your team as it is, so check it and try again if you still need to.

> **“Couldn’t save that change. Try again.”**
>
> Team now shows your team as it is, in case the change went through. If it didn’t, try again.

## FAQ

> **I invited the wrong email address. What now?**
>
> Cancel that invite: press **…** on its row, then **Cancel invite…**. Then invite the right address. See [Invite your team](/account/team).

> **What happens to my team if my plan ends?**
>
> Your team ends with it. After a grace period, Foundable removes your teammates and cancels your invites and links. See [Choose, change or cancel your plan](/account/change-your-plan).
