# Find and manage your websites

> Find a website on your Build board, then rename it, copy it or delete it to keep your websites in order.

Each of your websites is a card on your **Build** board, with its picture and name.

Ted can do this for you: ask him to copy or delete a website.

**1. Find your website**

Look on the board, or press **Your work** at its top right. It lists every website and when it was last edited, or says Ted hasn’t saved it yet. Type in **Search your work…** to find one by name.

**2. Open it**

Press **Edit** under its card, or its picture or name.

**3. Open Website actions**

At the top of the preview, press ⋮ (**Website actions**). On a phone, press **More actions** at the bottom.

**4. Rename, duplicate or delete it**

* **Rename**: type a new name under **Website name** and press **Save**. To change its web address instead, see [Change your web address](/build/web-address).
* **Duplicate**: makes a copy with “copy” added to its name, and opens it.
* **Delete**: Build asks first. The website leaves Build, and one linked to [GitHub](/build/github) keeps its repository there.

## Check that it worked

The new name shows, the copy opens, or the website leaves the board.

## Your board

Only your live website’s card, tagged **Live**, has **Visit site**. Cards also say when Ted is starting, building or putting one online. A website Ted made for phones opens in the phone-size preview. Press a card’s page count to lay out its pages, then a page to open the website there. Press a card with your mouse’s right button for **Edit**, **Visit site** and **Show in chat**.

The toolbar at the bottom arranges your cards, never your websites:

* The cursor opens a card you press, or moves one you drag. The hand drags the whole board.
* **Tidy up** arranges two or more cards. **Undo** and **Redo** take back or redo a move.
* Press the zoom level, between **Zoom out** and **Zoom in**, to fit every card on screen.

Scroll to zoom, and drag to move around. Press an empty spot with your right mouse button for **Tidy up**, **Undo**, **Redo**, **Sort by** (**Default order**, **Name**, **Newest** or **Oldest**), **Zoom to fit** and **Zoom to 100%**. On a phone, the toolbar keeps **References**, **Tidy up**, **Undo**, **Redo** and zoom to fit. Reloading the page resets the board’s arrangement.

## References

**References**, in the toolbar, holds pictures for Ted to follow. They never appear on your website by themselves, and your picks clear when you leave Build.

* **Explore** has example websites by kind of business. Pick one and press **Use for new website**: Ted uses its layout for your next new website. Foundable prepares it in the chat, and nothing starts until you press **Send**.
* In **Your uploads**, press **Upload image** to add your own screenshot or photo (PNG, JPEG or WebP), then **Use as reference** to guide your next message.

## If something goes wrong

> **“This website can’t be duplicated yet.”**
>
> Ted hasn’t saved it yet, or Foundable is still setting up its database. Try again once it’s ready.

> **“The copy has no products yet; add them in Payments.”**
>
> A copy of a website that sells starts with no products. Add them in Payments: see [Sell on your website](/payments/sell-on-your-website).
