# Track your visitors and sales

> Open Home’s Visitors and Insights cards to see who visits your website, what you sell and how your posts do.

Two cards on [Home](/get-started/home) show how your business is doing. **Visitors** counts who comes to your website, and **Insights** shows your sales and posts.

**1. Check your visitors**

On Home, **Visitors** counts the visits to your live website over the last 7 days. The card names your website’s address, and a globe shows where people came from.

**2. Open Visitors full size**

Press **Visitors** or its arrow (↗) to open it full size. Choose how far back to look, and see how many people are on your website now. It also shows the sites that sent them, the pages they read and the devices they used.

**3. Check your sales and posts**

**Insights** shows your **Revenue**, **Customers** and **Posts**.

**4. Open Insights full size**

Press **Insights** or its arrow (↗) to open it full size. It has three tabs: **Analytics** for your sales, **Customers** for the people who bought, and **Social** for your posts. **Customers** marks each buyer New, Returning, Regular or One-time.

**Back to Home** takes you back to all your cards.

## If something goes wrong

> **“Visitor data is unavailable.”**
>
> Visitors couldn’t load your numbers. Press **Try again**.

> **“Payments aren’t on yet”**
>
> The **Analytics** and **Customers** tabs wait for your website to take payments. Press **Start accepting payments** to open [Payments](/payments/overview).

> **“Nothing to see yet”**
>
> The **Social** tab waits for a social account. Press **Connect a channel** to open Run and connect one. Then the posts Ted publishes, and how they do, land here. See [Connect your social accounts](/run/social-accounts).

## FAQ

> **Why don’t I see any visitors?**
>
> Visitors counts only your live website, so publish it first. **Visitor analytics** is on for every plan. If someone turned it off, ask Ted to turn it back on, or turn it on in the Publish panel’s **Published site actions** menu. See [Manage your live website](/build/live-website#count-your-visitors).
