# Get help

> Three ways to reach the Foundable team.

Support is answered by people, not bots.

## Chat with the team

Choose **Support** at the top of the screen, and a chat window opens. On a phone, choose **More**, then **Contact support**.

If the chat can’t open, Foundable offers email instead.

## Report a bug

    Choose your initial or photo in the top-right corner, then **Report a bug**. On a phone, choose **More**, then **Report a bug**.

  <Step title="Say how much it’s in your way">
    Pick **I’m stuck**, **Something’s off** or **Small thing**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tell us what happened">
    Under **What happened?**, say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Add up to three screenshots if you like.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Send it">
    Choose **Send report**. The team replies in the chat window, where you can follow your report under **Tickets**.
