# Ship your orders

> Print packing slips and mark your website’s orders shipped, to keep track of what still needs to go out.

If your website has its own cart, like one Ted built for you, its paid orders wait in **Orders** in Payments. Copy each address, print a packing slip, and mark the order shipped. Sales from Buy buttons stay in [Recent transactions](/payments/sales-and-refunds#see-your-sales) instead.

Everyone in your foundable can copy an address or print a packing slip. Only the owner or an admin can mark an order shipped, or change it later.

**1. Open Orders**

In **Build**, pick your website at the top. Press **Tools**, then **Payments**, and go to **Orders**.

**2. Find the order**

**To ship** lists paid orders waiting to go out, with how many. Each shows its number, the items, where it ships and its total. An order with a dispute or a partial refund says so in red, so you don’t ship it by mistake.

**3. Pack it**

Press **…** on the order’s row, then choose **Copy address** or **Print packing slip**.

**4. Mark it shipped**

In the same menu, choose **Mark shipped**. Pick the **Carrier**, add the tracking number if you have one, then press **Mark shipped**.

## Check that it worked

The order moves to **Shipped**, with its carrier and any tracking number. When every order is out, **To ship** says there’s nothing to ship.

## If something goes wrong

> **“This order can’t be marked shipped now. It may have been refunded.”**
>
> The buyer probably got a full refund, so the order doesn’t need to go out.

> **“Check the tracking number: letters, numbers, spaces and dashes only.”**
>
> Take out anything else, like # or /, then try again. With **Other** as the carrier, the tracking page must start with `https://`.

## FAQ

> **Can I change an order after I mark it shipped?**
>
> Yes. Under **Shipped**, press the order’s **…**, then choose **Edit tracking** or **Mark not shipped**.
