# What happens to my business if I stop paying?

> Your business, website and sales keep going on the Free plan. Features that need a plan stop, and your unused plan credits wait for you.

Your plan keeps working until the time you paid for ends. Then your account is on Free. See [Cancel your plan](https://docs.foundable.com/account/change-your-plan.md#cancel-your-plan).

## What keeps working

* **Your businesses and websites.** Your website stays online at its foundable.app address, and publishing works on every plan. Starting another business needs room on your plan.
* **Your sales.** A Stripe account you already connected keeps taking payments.
* **Your domain.** A domain you already connected stays connected.
* **Ted and Run.** Ted keeps working on Run Lite, paid with your credits.
* **Your credits.** Unused plan credits freeze, and they come back if you pay again before they expire.

## What stops

* Ted builds with Build Lite, a lighter builder, instead of Build.
* Your website’s emails go only to your own address, not to your customers.
* Ted keeps drafting posts, but approving one opens the plans.
* The Made with Foundable badge shows again when you next publish.
* Buying and renewing domains needs an active plan.
* From Pro or Max: people you invited leave your business, your website’s Foundable AI stops answering, and Ted makes no videos. Launching an ad needs Pro or Max again, and an ad already running keeps running until you pause it.
