Your website lives in Build. Nothing you change reaches visitors until you publish.

Ask for a change

1

Open your website

Choose Build, then choose Edit on your website.
2

Tell Ted what to change

Type in the Message Ted… box, in your own words, and send. To point at one part of your page, choose Select, then click that part.
3

Check the preview

Look over the change. Switch between Desktop preview, Tablet preview and Mobile preview to see it on each screen.
To change words yourself on a computer or tablet, choose Edit text, click the words and type. Then choose Send.

Publish

1

Open Publish

Choose Publish at the top of Build.
2

Check your address

Your website gets its own foundable.app address. To change it, choose Edit URL.
3

Go live

Choose Publish. You can close the panel and keep chatting while it finishes.
4

Share it

When you see Your website is live, choose Copy link and share it.
Later, when your website has changes waiting, the button says Update. Choose it, then Publish changes. Want an address like example.com? See Use your own domain.

Go back to an earlier version

Choose the clock at the top of the preview to open History. Pick a version and choose Revert to this version. Every version stays in History, and your recent changes stay in the chat.
