Ted reads your connected apps whenever your work needs it. When the owner or an admin asks him to do something there, like send an email, he does it. That works in the chat and by text. Any other change, he drafts first, and it waits for an OK. Each app’s card in Integrations lists What Ted can do there. In Google Calendar, for example, he can see your upcoming events, and create, update, move or delete events. In Run, how much he does in your apps without asking follows Run’s mode. See Ask first or On its own. Only the owner or an admin can approve or decline. Everyone else sees who can.
1

Find the change

It shows as a card in the chat, with the app’s name. It also waits on Home, under From Ted.
2

Read the card

It shows what Ted wants to change, and in which app. If the change deletes something, the card warns you.
3

Approve or decline

Press Approve to run it, or Decline to stop it. Or answer in the chat, and the card shows what your reply decided.

After you decide

Until someone decides, the card says the change needs approval. An approved change runs once, and the card shows it running, then done. A declined change never runs. If Ted drafts a newer version, the card says the new one replaced it.

Check that it worked

The card shows the app made the change. Open the app to see it there.

If something goes wrong

Your approval didn’t go through. Press Approve again.
The app didn’t make the change. The card says why, in the app’s own words when it gives them.
The change didn’t run. The card says why: something stopped it before it ran, or it changed since Ted drafted it.
