Pause holds a run, and Resume carries on where Ted stopped. Stop ends it. When a run ends, its Run summary shows what Ted made, unless you stopped it before he did anything. Ted can do this for you: the owner can ask him to pause, resume or stop Run. Only the owner can pause, resume or stop Run. You can’t pause or stop your free first run.
1

Open Run

Press Run at the top of the screen, or at the bottom on a phone.
2

Pause or stop the run

On Run’s card, press Pause to hold the run, or Stop to end it.
3

Resume a paused run

Press Resume on Run’s card. Ted carries on where he stopped.

Check that it worked

After Pause, the button says Resume. After Stop, Run’s card says it’s ready to run, with Start Run under it.

When a run ends

A run also ends by itself when your credits run out, when billing needs attention, or after repeated problems. It ends, too, when Ted has used its Power: the most it may spend, set in Run settings. If it ended on its Power or after repeated problems, press Start Run to have Ted carry on where he left off. If your credits or billing ended it, fix that first, then press Start Run. When a run ends, its Run summary opens once, wherever you are: how it ended, what Ted made and what still needs you. To see it again, press its row under From Ted on Home. A run you stop before Ted spends or makes anything has no summary.

If something goes wrong

With Ask first, the run waits for your decision on an email, a post or a website change, and its card says it’s waiting for you. As soon as you decide, the next pass starts. See Approve Ted’s work and Approve Ted’s website changes.
You can’t pause or stop a free first run. Let it finish.
