Ted makes short videos for your business, like a promo or a product launch, with background music. Ask him in the chat, and the video shows up there and in the Library when it’s ready. Ted can do this for you: ask him to change how he makes your videos, like making them square. Videos need a paid plan, and each one uses credits. The owner or an admin sets how Ted makes them.

Ask Ted for a video

1

Ask in the chat

Tell Ted what the video is about, like a new product, a launch or what you sell.
2

Answer his plan card

If you didn’t say how to make it, his card asks one question at a time. It asks the kind, the length, where it will play, and whether it has music. Your choice from Videos is marked as your default. Let Ted choose leaves the rest to him.
3

Wait for it

The card shows each step as Ted makes it. He keeps going if you leave.

Check that it worked

The finished video plays on its card in the chat, with Download video and Revise video. To change it, press Revise video and say what should change: Ted makes a new version, and the first one stays. The video is also under Videos in the Library. Press it to open its page. Download saves it to your device, and Add to website asks Ted to put it on your website. Under Other shapes, pick a shape to have Ted make it again that way, as a new video that uses credits.
