Ted writes a newsletter for the people who subscribed on your website, and Foundable sends it for you. It leaves out anyone who unsubscribed. Ted can do this for you: ask him in the chat to write one and send it.

Before you start

Newsletters need an active plan. Only the owner or an admin can send one.
When the owner or an admin asks Ted in the chat, he sends it without waiting for an OK. Other newsletters wait for an owner’s or admin’s OK, unless Run’s On its own lets Ted send emails himself. See What Ted does on his own.
1

Find the newsletter

A Newsletter card shows up in the chat. If you missed it, it waits on Home, under From Ted. See Approve Ted’s work.
2

Read it

The card shows the subject, how many subscribers it goes to, and the words they’ll get. It also says how many people who unsubscribed it leaves out.
3

Change it, if you want

To change it, press Decline, then tell Ted in the chat what to change. Because you asked him, his new one goes out right away, without waiting for your OK. A declined newsletter never goes out.
4

Approve it

Press Approve to send it.

Check that it worked

The card counts the emails as they go out, then says how many subscribers it went to. If some couldn’t go out, it says how many. In Emails, the newsletter shows with its number of subscribers.

If something goes wrong

Your role can’t approve a newsletter. Ask the owner or an admin to approve it.
Your OK didn’t go through. Press Approve again.
