Ted writes ads for your business on Facebook and Instagram, Google search, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You check each one, and nothing spends until you launch it. Ted can do this for you: ask him to draft a Google ad for your new product. Ted drafts ads on any plan. Connecting an ad account, approving and launching need Pro or Max: on other plans, those buttons open the plans. The owner or an admin connects networks and decides on ads.

Connect an ad account

Each network charges your card from your billing account there, called an ad account, never Foundable. No ad account? Try Foundable Ads. LinkedIn Ads needs your LinkedIn account connected first.
1

Open the network

In Run, press Ads in Ted’s apps, then the network under Or use your own ad account, like Meta Ads. On a phone, they sit under Start on Run’s card, or behind ▦ (Run tools) while he works.
2

Press Connect

Press the network’s Connect button, like Connect Meta Ads. For Meta, Foundable first shows what to choose in Meta’s window: press Continue.
3

Sign in at the network

Sign in and allow access. In Meta’s window, choose your business, the Facebook Page your ads run as, and your ad account. Facebook asks you to allow Social Media Connector, which Foundable uses to run your ads.
4

Pick the ad account

Back in Foundable, pick the ad account and what your ads run as, like your Facebook Page. Press Use these, or Use this for Google. To add your card, press Add in Meta, or your network’s, beside Payment method. Google bills your Google Ads account.
For Ted to draft ads for a network while Run works, turn on Use in Run there.

Approve and launch an ad

1

Review Ted’s draft

A draft waits under From Ted on Home. In the network’s window, it’s marked Needs your OK on the Ads tab, or under Google Ads’ setup. Press Review to see it as the network shows it.
2

Approve it

Press Edit to change it, or Decline to set it aside. Press Approve twice: the network creates the ad paused and reviews it, and nothing spends yet. Network not set up yet? Its step, like Connect Meta Ads, takes Approve’s place.
3

Launch it

Once its row says Ready to launch, press it, then Launch twice. It starts spending from your ad account.
To stop an ad, press its row, then Pause. Ted never approves, launches or pauses an ad himself, even with On its own.

Check that it worked

A running ad’s row says Live. Press the row for its last 7 days under Ad performance: how often it showed, its visits and its spending.

If something goes wrong

You didn’t tick an ad account in Meta’s window, or it can’t run ads yet. Disconnect Meta Ads, connect it again, choose Edit previous settings and tick it, or fix it in Meta Ads Manager.
A live ad keeps spending. Press each one’s row, then Pause, and disconnect again.
Meta turned the ad down, so it doesn’t spend. Press its row to see why, and ask Ted for a new one.
