With Foundable Ads, Ted runs ads for your business on Facebook, paid from your ad money. You don’t need your own billing account at Meta, called an ad account. Nothing spends until the owner approves a campaign. Ted can do this for you once Foundable Ads is in Run: ask him for a campaign, like one for your opening week. Ted drafts campaigns on any plan. Adding ad money and approving need Pro or Max: on other plans, Approve opens the plans. Only the owner adds ad money and approves campaigns, and the owner or an admin can pause one. Each campaign sends people to your published website.

Add ad money

Campaigns run on Foundable’s own Meta ad account and Facebook Page. Ad money pays for them; credits pay for Ted’s work. Adding money starts nothing.
1

Find Foundable Ads

In Run, press Ads in Ted’s apps. If Foundable Ads is under Not in Run, press + beside it. On a phone, Ted’s apps sit under Start on Run’s card, or behind ▦ (Run tools) while he works.
2

Open your ad money

Press Ad money on its tile, or Add money while you have none. The Foundable Ads window opens.
3

Add money

Enter an amount under Amount to add, then press Add, which names the amount. A checkout page opens and shows any tax before you pay.
Back in Foundable, the window confirms your payment, and your ad money goes up. Each payment’s Receipt is under Funding history.

Approve a campaign

1

Review Ted’s campaign

Ted’s campaign waits under From Ted on Home. Press Review to see the ad, its total with the Foundable fee shown apart, and how many days it runs. Press Edit to change its words, picture, countries, total or days.
2

Approve its total

Press Approve … and run, which names the total. This also accepts the campaign terms the card links to. Foundable sets the total aside from your ad money, and the ad starts once Facebook has checked it. Short of ad money? Add … to run this ad stands in Approve’s place: press it to add what’s missing.
To stop a campaign, press its row under From Ted, or under Your ads in the Foundable Ads window, then Pause. A paused campaign doesn’t start again, so ask Ted for a new one. Taking Foundable Ads out of Run pauses every campaign. Ted never approves a campaign himself, even with On its own.

Check that it worked

Once Facebook approves the campaign, its row says Running. Press it to see Spent, including fee, what’s still Reserved, and How it’s doing. When a campaign ends or you pause it, its row says Stopped. Once Facebook sends the final cost, what it didn’t spend goes back to your ad money.

If something goes wrong

Its link goes somewhere other than your published website. Publish the website, or ask Ted to change the link.
Your plan doesn’t cover ad money. To add some, change your plan to Pro or Max.
You’re a teammate, not the owner. Ask the owner to add money and approve the campaign.
